About My Clients

My ideal client is a neurodivergent woman navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or other co-occurring challenges. She’s looking for a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore her experiences, uncover her strengths, and build a life that feels authentic and meaningful.

My Background and Approach

I work with neurodivergent women, many of whom are navigating anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, or chronic health conditions. Together, we’ll create a plan that’s tailored to your unique needs and goals, with strategies that fit your life and support your well-being. My approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with a client-centered framework. I aim to help you connect with your most authentic self, recognize your strengths, and explore the patterns that may be holding you back. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where all aspects of your identity are welcome. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, and guided by a Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective. I’m also affirming of people living with chronic pain or chronic health conditions, because I know firsthand how isolating that can feel.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I care deeply about human rights, diversity, and making the world a kinder, more equitable place. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, and I use a Health at Every Size (HAES) lens. I’m also affirming of people living with chronic pain or chronic health conditions, because I know firsthand how isolating it can feel. My approach meets you where you are and respects your experience, while helping you find strategies that fit your life. I have experience supporting people living with depression that have frequent suicidal thoughts, especially those in high-risk situations. My focus is always on connection, safety, and empowerment, helping you tap into supports like loved ones, pets, or other resources before considering higher levels of care. When hospitalization is needed, I work with you to ensure the process is as collaborative and compassionate as possible, so your voice and choices are respected.
