My Background and Approach
I am a human first, therapist second. I believe in the power of talking things out, no matter how big or small they may be. As Brene Brown says, "Shame cannot survive where it is spoken." We will work together to understand who you really are, where you have been and where you want to be. My goal is to empower you with the tools and support needed so you can break free from your negative thoughts, limiting beliefs and behavior patterns.
