Two great minds with one sole purpose; Change. They have a passion for therapy and are committed and dedicated to the therapeutic process. Gifted with their own specific niches, this dynamic team is prepared to change the course of the therapeutic world into one that reduces stigmas and increases awareness. We have a combined 22 years of experience working with Individuals, Couples, Families, and Adolescents. Shareela is trained and certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Anger Management, and Grief and Loss for Children, Adolescents and Adults. Natasha is trained and certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, and Grief and Loss for Children, Adolescents and Adults. We will tailor treatment to meet your interest and needs. All are welcome
