My Background and Approach
As a family and psychiatric mental health practitioner, my approach is focusing on Integrated behavioral health. I provide a comprehensive care plan encompassing psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and health and wellness coaching.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a Black female in the mental health field, I advocate for diversity and inclusion, cultural competence, stigma reduction, community empowerment, self-care and wellness, and social justice.
