My Background and Approach
I offer a non-judgmental, collaborative space where we will work together to identify what has been keeping you from feeling like yourself. We will work side-by-side to examine your worth, tap into your strengths, and identify manageable goals to make lasting and positive changes in your life. Whether that means addressing the stress/anxiety you are experiencing right now, or discussing ways to navigate your next depressive episode, we'll work collaboratively to ensure you have the skills to manage life's challenges. I work with young adults and adults (ages 15 and up) and tailor sessions to your individual needs, while drawing upon several evidence-based approaches. There is no "one size fits all" approach to recovery, and we will work together to develop a plan tailored to your specific needs. I strongly believe everyone has the potential to recover from whatever they may be struggling with and I look forward to working alongside you on your recovery journey.
