We will collaborate and together determine what is working well for you and what can be improved in order to live a life of well-being, satisfaction, and balance. I believe in meaning-based therapy, unique to each individual, and draw from cutting-edge research and theory to customize our work. I believe that therapy can offer lasting insights into how our deepest concerns and pain can transform into opportunities for growth and healing.
