My Background and Approach
I am a psychotherapist who is originally from Brazil and experienced in conducting therapy with diverse clients, both in English and Spanish. I am formally trained in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR Therapy, which are all effective in addressing various complex life difficulties. I am available in-person at my office in Rio Rancho & via telehealth. I can see adults in New Mexico for individual psychotherapy. I have a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule based on your household income and what you can afford, and I am in-network with: America's Choice, BlueCross and BlueShield, Friday Health Plans, HealthSCOPE, Medicaid, Molina Healthcare, PNOA, Presbyterian, Prime Health Services, Three Rivers, True Health New Mexico, Western Sky, and Ambetter.
