I am all about what the client needs. My main approach is evidence based psychotherapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). However, I will also use a psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approach to help see where the issues came from (e.g., childhood, past traumas, etc). I want to know what you feel, why you feel it, and help you redirect the feelings into more positive schemas. I have found success in clients working through life transitions, anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, communication, relationship concerns, and difficulties in expressing and/or managing emotions.
