My clients are thoughtful, overwhelmed humans who want to feel steady again. Many carry anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, or burnout from being “the strong one.” I support adults, teens, and parents who crave a calm, grounded space to exhale, heal, and reconnect with themselves. My Background and Approach
I’m a trauma-informed therapist and LPC-Supervisor with a background in school counseling, private practice, and working with trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach is warm, relational, and human—grounded in the belief that you don’t need to be perfect or “fixed” to deserve support. I use a blend of evidence-based practices including CBT, ACT, trauma-informed talk therapy, inner child work, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). My style is collaborative and steady: we slow down, get curious, and build insight at your pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, parenting, grief, or identity shifts, therapy with me is a place to exhale. You’ll be met with compassion, clarity, and practical tools to help you feel more grounded in your life again.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel human, not clinical or cold. I value authenticity, compassion, and meeting people exactly where they are. I believe healing happens in safe relationships, in slowing down, and in learning to treat yourself with the same gentleness you offer everyone else. Outside of the therapy room, I love reading, creating cozy spaces, being with my kids and dogs, and listening to Taylor Swift. I’m a firm believer in deep breaths, small rituals, and the idea that we don’t have to carry life alone.
