About My Clients
My specialty is supporting humans on their path of awakening. This includes integrating expanded states of consciousness (psychedelic experiences, spiritual awakenings) and deprogramming from societal conditioning that doesn't work for them. Often included in this is integrating aspects of self which tend to be marginalized, such as sexuality or alternative lifestyles. My clients are often free-thinkers, seekers, passionate and sensitive souls, trying to find balance. Individuals & Couples.
My Background and Approach
I help you break unhealthy patterns by offering a curious and compassionate space for your healing to naturally unfold. This nurturing process helps you align with your fullest potential as a creatively embodied and purposeful being. I offer an open mind and heart to help you face challenges involving sadness, stuckness, anxiety, grief, isolation, trauma, and relationships, as well as support in envisioning and creating a life you love. I draw from various perspectives including humanistic, experiential, emotionally focused (EFT), attachment theory, depth psychology, and parts work (IFS). We work collaboratively, flexibly and in the present moment. I have particular interest in: Intimacy (sexuality and alternative relationship styles); Spiritual Development (consciousness expansion, societal/religious deprogramming); Holistic Health (mind/body connection through somatic and mindfulness techniques); Self-Expression (realizing true self and life path, cultivating creativity).
