About My Clients
I specialize in treating individuals with: anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relational difficulties, divorce, addiction, problem gambling, and many other behavioral health concerns. I also offer intensive therapeutic coaching & support for adults, college students, and those in early recovery. Services Include: Telehealth therapy, Walk & Talk Therapy, Therapeutic Coaching, Educational Support & Mentoring Services, Recovery Support Services, & Problem Gambling Treatment (No-cost)
My Background and Approach
Congratulations on this courageous step forward! Seeking help for many of us is not easy. I know from firsthand experience this is an ongoing process we cannot do alone. I came to this work a little later in life after receiving help with my own suffering and family issues. This healing experience motivated me to volunteer with children and become educated in psychology and clinical social work. I soon began working with families involved with the child welfare system. From there I moved into providing intensive therapy for addiction and other mental health challenges. Most recently, I developed Pacific State Therapeutics, a continually evolving practice where all of my skills, experience, and education are available to you!

Though I have a wide range of training, education, and life experience to draw upon, I truly believe in a strengths-based, client-centered approach that acknowledges you as the expert on your own life.
