About My Clients
Kids and teens face a lot of challenges and stress. Sometimes they need help to cope with their big emotions and struggles. If your child is struggling with anger problems, anxiety, depression, ADHD, life changes (divorce, moving), grief/loss, trauma, tricky behaviors, school problems, parent/child strain, emotional regulation struggles, relationship issues, social navigation, and/or low self-worth, we can help. We partner with parents and caregivers to help you reach a better place of calm.
My Background and Approach
Our mission is to help kids, teens, adults, and families reach their full potential while overcoming obstacles. We help individuals cope with life’s challenges while guiding them to discover their strengths. Our therapists at Reach Counseling utilize evidenced-based techniques such as play therapy, CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused approaches. I am a Registered Play Therapist and a Certified AutPlay® Therapy Provider, which is designed to meet the needs of neurodivergent (Autism, ADHD) children. I am also a TBRI® (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) Practitioner, which helps guide my work with children and families with a history of abuse, neglect, or trauma.
