I'm highly trained in treating trauma, PTSD, religious trauma, and various types of I abuse. Trauma therapy focuses on addressing the effects of traumatic experiences on mental health. These services may include specialized treatments for PTSD symptoms, complex PTSD (c-PTSD), religious trauma, and various types of abuse. The goal of trauma therapy is to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences in order to improve their overall well-being and quality of life.

Gender-affirming therapy is designed to support individuals who are questioning their gender identity or undergoing gender transition. These services typically include identity development, clinical evaluations, ongoing support, and the provision of letters for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or other medical interventions. The goal of these services is to help individuals achieve a greater sense of self-acceptance and well-being as they navigate the complex process of gender transition.

The sex therapy and sexual education services aim to help individuals explore and understand their sexual and romantic identity and orientation, address the mental and emotional aspects of sex-related issues, and work through any challenges or difficulties they may be experiencing in their sex lives.
