Hi, I'm Carolyn Dower, LCSW with 34 years experience working with adults, teens, and couples to find inner peace, better health, happier relationships, and more fulfilling work. Would you like to understand yourself better so that you can feel better and get more of what you want in life? I help with the range of problems that people can have -- depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, spiritual conflicts, and relationship problems -- or whatever is troubling you.
My Background and Approach
We'll begin by listening deeply to your thoughts, feelings, and needs as you are comfortable sharing them. Together we can find solutions to problems. We may choose to learn some simple and effective relaxation methods, empowering communication skills, and techniques to heal childhood hurts.
