About My Clients
I work with clients across the lifespan, from children and teens to adults and older adults, each navigating their own version of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for something to change. Whether it's a child working through big emotions, a teen finding their footing, an adult carrying anxiety, depression, or the weight of past trauma, or someone facing a major life transition, my door is open. I have a special place in my heart for people who haven't always had easy access to support, folks
My Background and Approach
My background spans the full spectrum of behavioral health, from anxiety, depression, and trauma to substance use and major life transitions. Because I've worked across so many settings and populations, I can meet a wide range of needs and adapt my approach to fit you, rather than fitting you into a single method.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At my core, I believe healing is a right, not a privilege, and that everyone deserves dignity, a fair chance, and a place where they belong. Much of my life's work centers on people who have too often been overlooked: those experiencing homelessness, individuals rebuilding after addiction or incarceration, and families navigating poverty or crisis. I'm deeply committed to equity across race, culture, income, and background, and as someone connected to the Latino community, I understand how much it matters to feel truly seen by the person across from you. I believe in second chances in the most literal sense, because people are so much more than their hardest moments, and I've seen what becomes possible when someone is met with belief instead of judgment. Whatever your identity, orientation, or story, you'll be welcome and safe in my care.
