The clients I serve consist of members of the LGBT community, creative individuals, and people with the High Sensitive Person personality trait (HSP).
My Background and Approach
I have a BA, and an MFA in theater and drama, and was a stage director for 20 years before earning an MA in community counseling. Because of my theater training and experience, I take a creative and mindful approach to therapy with an emphasis on personal strengths and goal direction. With respect, humor, acceptance, and empowerment, I work to increase awareness and understanding and assist you in viewing yourself, and your world in positive and exciting new ways. We will collaborate to find a path of personal growth that feels right for you.
