About My Clients
Over the last three years, most adult clients have sought therapy due to anxiety, depression and grief. I have also had the opportunity to work with incarcerated youth and adults struggling through the justice system, youth and adults living on the street, and youth in school settings. All these experiences have gifted me to with being able to walk alongside a diverse clientele.
My Background and Approach
I am a firm believer that part of the human journey is to find other humans to help us get through the hard and complicated parts of this world we live in. Clinically, I work from an eclectic approach. I am a direct communicator, an empathetic listener, and I allow the needs of a client's journey to help us find the right technique needed for healing. Finally, in this virtual space, clients will always lead the journey and I see my role as a person supporting clients as you work toward achieving their goals. I look forward to our first meeting and being a small part of your human journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My goal is to use a Virtual Therapy platform to help clients heal, recognize their own voice, and support them as they carve out a new path in their journey. I believe I am just a small part of someone's journey and I look to honor each person by providing a space to support autonomy and individuality.
