About My Clients
It is very important to me to meet you wherever you are at when starting a therapeutic encounter. I strongly believe that one of the greatest gifts you could give someone is to fully listen and engage with what one is trying to say. Being heard by someone is validating and empowering, and this is what I hope to provide to everyone.
My Background and Approach
Have you or someone you love been given difficult news, such as a health diagnosis? Do you fear that the future is too difficult to bear alone. A client once shared with me that I cannot remove her burden, but I can do my part to help lighten the weight. If you are trying to get by each day but finding the weight of stress and grief to be rising, please let me help. Together we will walk through some of the many difficult hardships in life with the hope of moving forward to discover a life with joy.
