About My Clients

Are you brave, curious, and wholehearted? Are you wanting to describe yourself in these ways? Are you tired of being stereotyped, feeling anxious, unworthy, or overwhelmed? I work especially well with creatives and millennials who are looking for more than the next step in the "rat race." Our work together is a partnership rooted in relationship and collaborative goals with enthusiasm for progress and celebrations of strengths and successes.

My Background and Approach

We all struggle and reach moments in our lives when we crave an update or a reboot to our tools and perspective. Seeking support is an expression of hope; a recognition of potential we can nurture and grow with intentionality and awareness. We'll use curiosity, humor, and research-driven tools to take steps together toward connection, healing, and growth. My clients are brave, hard-working, and wholehearted. They come ready to show up, dig deep, and see growth. Our work together is a partnership rooted in relationship and shared vision.I tend to attract clients who want tools to navigate emerging adulthood, manage creativity, reduce burnout, and those looking to thrive while managing anxiety. As an Austin native, I feel a deep connection to serving my community. I've worked in a variety of agency and private settings and feel I make the greatest impact at an individual level.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I come from a tradition of strong southern women who raised me to value the grit and courage involved in living with authenticity, vulnerability, and resilience. I've wanted to a be a helper before I even realized that could be a job. I also know what it's like to grapple with doubt, mistakes, and face-down-in-the-arena struggles along the way. Asking for help can still feel challenging at times. Personal growth and self-care are muscles I work daily to exercise and prioritize. Getting outside helps me find balance and practice gratitude. My husband, friends, and goofball rescue boxer keep me laughing. I love cooking with my family, plugging into podcasts, and turning pages of all kinds. I try to meet at least one new dog every day.
