I am certified in trauma informed CBT & trained in LGBTQIA+ affirming & feminist therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy isn’t about providing all the answers; it’s about creating a space where you can explore, reflect, and find clarity and direction for yourself. Choosing to make changes in your life can feel overwhelming, but my goal as a counselor is to offer a compassionate and supportive environment to help you make meaningful, lasting changes. I deeply value building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, willingness, and mutual respect—elements that are essential for not only healing but also for thriving. I strive to show my clients that they are worthy of healing as they discover their path towards growth. I am an active advocate for social justice for all minority communities, as well as environmental activism. My own experiences with mental health has fueled my desire to help others. I am an avid reader, art maker, and animal lover!
