I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families, focusing on those tricky adolescent identity phases and major life transitions. Whether your teen is figuring out who they are, you’re struggling to keep up with the changes, or your family just needs a bit of guidance, I’ve got your back. For neurodivergent children and adolescents, this can sometimes mean navigating a world that doesn’t always “get” them, I’m here to help your family not only get it but embrace it.
My Background and Approach
My approach is straightforward: safety and trust come first. When we’ve got those in place, we can tackle the tricky stuff with curiosity and courage. My background in structural family therapy helps me look at the big picture, meaning I work with each client in the context of their systems — families, schools, communities, etc. Whether it’s helping parents work with their child’s school to support the child’s wellbeing or guiding families through intense life changes, I pull from different therapeutic modalities like somatic therapy, child-centered play, experiential therapy, and more to support you in finding real, lasting change.
