About My Clients
I have worked with individuals and families seeking counsel in a wide variety of environments including schools, prisons and university settings. I have a particular interest in working with adolescents and their families. I have completed both voluntary and court-ordered individual and family therapies. I strive to help families unify when they are coming through conflict with the goal of identifying commonality.
My Background and Approach
Formerly employed by Vanderbilt University, Woodland Hills Youth Development Center in Nashville, as well as Athena Consulting and Psychological Services, LLC. I am open for individual as well as family therapy as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Tennessee. My goal is to help individuals and families develop a greater self-awareness around their behaviors and learn healthier coping strategies. In addition to helping people get to a better place in their lives, I enjoy music, being physically active, and spending time with my family.
