About My Clients
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, self-esteem, and the everyday experiences that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or stuck. You may be looking for support for your child, trying to understand yourself better, or simply needing a space where you don't have to have everything figured out. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.
My Background and Approach
Before becoming a therapist, I spent eight years working in education and school counseling, which gave me a unique understanding of children, adolescents, families, and the pressures that come with school, relationships, and major life transitions. Today, I work with clients across the lifespan, from children and teens to adults navigating their own challenges and changes. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I don't believe therapy has to feel overly clinical or like you're being analyzed from across the room. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself, whether that means talking through something heavy, laughing in session, or admitting you have no idea where to start. We'll work together to understand what's getting in the way, build skills that actually fit your life, and create meaningful, realistic change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is having a space where you don't feel like you have to perform or say the "right" thing. I'm a big believer in authenticity, humor, and meeting people where they are. Outside of being a therapist, I'm a wife, dog mom, and someone who enjoys traveling, staying active, a good glass of wine, and probably more true crime than necessary. I value genuine connection and try to bring that same real, approachable energy into the therapy room.
