About My Clients

You hold everything together for everyone else—but inside, you’re anxious, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself. You’re tired of overthinking, people-pleasing, and constantly questioning your own needs. I work with high-achieving women and LGBTQ+ folks who want to break old patterns and feel more grounded and self-connected. Therapy is a space to breathe, feel, and finally come home to yourself—without guilt.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Art Therapist with advanced training in ACT, IFS, and somatic approaches. My style is relational, creative, and gently challenging—I show up as a real person so you can too. I work with folks who grew up in chaotic or emotionally neglectful environments and learned to survive by staying small, staying busy, or staying quiet. In our work together, we slow down, get curious, and create space for your needs, emotions, and voice to take up more room. I use therapeutic art and body-based practices when words aren’t enough, and I’ll always honor your pace. Together, we’ll move from overwhelm and self-doubt to deeper self-trust, clarity, and confidence.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy is a space for liberation—not perfection. I'm deeply committed to social justice, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and trauma-informed practices that honor each person's lived experience. As a queer clinician, I know how vital it is to feel seen without needing to explain or defend your identity. I value authenticity, rest, creative expression, and challenging systems that tie our worth to productivity. Outside the therapy room, I love being in nature, making art just for me, cooking, and tending my garden. My work is grounded in the belief that we all have an inner knowing—a deep truth about who we are and what we need. But through life experiences—trauma, anxiety, and survival patterns—that knowing can become clouded. Therapy helps us gently get to know that cloud, so we can begin to reconnect with ourselves and move through the world with more clarity, trust, and compassion.
