You may be feeling stuck and having a hard time moving forward. It can be exhausting trying to muster up the energy to get out of bed and take care of your responsibilities. You may be having thoughts you are not worthy or have a fractured sense of yourself.
My Background and Approach
I created Born to Bend Mental Health & Wellness as a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel understood and supported. LBGTQ individuals, persons of color, and many other marginalized by society are welcome in my practice. I use humor when appropriate and use a holistic, strengths-based approach to foster a warm, safe, and trusting environment. You can expect to learn evidence-based skills to manage symptoms you are experiencing. You will learn tools to navigate uncomfortable emotions, develop strategies for struggles you are facing, and develop a better version of yourself.
