I offer an effective therapy utilizing a person-centered approach, mindfulness and Brainspotting. My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to you and empowering you to reach your goals. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in life. My true passion is sharing my knowledge and expertise with the client, facilitating insight, and empowering the client to reach identified goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone is worthy of love and care. I wholeheartedly believe that therapy works when we, the client and therapist, are committed to your healing. You are strong enough to be present with what you are going through. I believe we are capable of doing hard things like going to therapy. We can do them and live better for it.
