About My Clients
You may be the high achiever, the eldest daughter, the responsible one, or the person everyone depends on. You know you're capable, yet you still overthink, second-guess yourself, put others first, or feel pressure to get everything right. You want to trust yourself, know what you actually want, and feel less responsible for everyone else. You're ready for more freedom, ease, and a life that feels like yours.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 11 years of experience. I describe my style of therapy as Soul Aligning Therapy, guiding you to reconnect with your essence and align with what feels true to you. My approach blends your own intuitive wisdom with CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and EMDR. This is deep work. I value spaces where people can show up as they are without having to perform or fit into someone else's idea of who they should be. Outside the therapy room, I love to travel, do jigsaw puzzles, hike, find waterfalls, and pretty much anything that gets me near the water.
