About My Clients
I tend to work with people navigating life transitions, grief, substance use, trauma, codependency, eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. I am currently seeing adults of all ages, couples, families, and children. The first few sessions will focus on building our connection and understanding your needs, and from there, we’ll integrate strategies and tools for deeper growth.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is rooted in person-centered, psychodynamic, and attachment-based practices. I also integrate somatic modalities to honor the wisdom our bodies hold. I am deeply inspired by both nature and art as a healing practice, and bring those elements into my work as well. I hold a Master’s degree from Antioch University and am completing training in Somatic Psychotherapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The human experience is both beautiful and overwhelming at times- and everything in between. Having a non-judgmental space to be curious about ourselves is such a gift, and I truly enjoy walking alongside my clients on their journeys, no matter who they are or where they come from. I aim to offer a space that’s compassionate, curious, and at times, challenging. Therapy can often unearth material that is difficult to look at. My goal is to make you feel held and supported in this process.
