About My Clients
You may have landed here because you’re desiring healing, change, or living into a more present, balanced, and authentic life. You may resonate with feeling not being good enough, fears of unworthiness or being too much. I would be honored to get to know you and your story and work together towards healing. I support individuals in healing issues with body image, disordered eating, shame, anxiety, trauma, depression and perfectionism. I utilize a Health At Every Size approach.
My Background and Approach
I help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom through identifying and taming their inner critic, developing self-compassion, and healing underlying beliefs. Clients often share how they feel heard and seen through our work together and describe me as warm, empathetic, calm, and non-judgmental. My approach to therapy is individualized, trauma-informed, relational, and holistic. The techniques I draw from are intended to offer a deeper understanding of self, to gain insight into patterns and actions, and to make empowered shifts and changes in your life. It would be an honor to walk with you on your journey of self-discovery and healing.
