I utilize an integrative approach that utilizes tools from various treatment modalities (including CBT, DBT, and person centered therapy) to help you create a toolbox that can assist you in tackling the challenges that you experience. With the right person, therapy can be a unique and powerful tool for affecting change. Through the process of self-exploration, in a nonjudgmental environment, I believe every person has the ability to change their circumstances and to rewrite their story as it’s being written.
