I work with individuals, couples & teens navigating emotional and relational challenges, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), brief solution-focused therapy, positive parenting strategies, and couple/family counseling. I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals.
My Background and Approach
To support overall well-being, I incorporate calming practices such as mindfulness to enhance awareness and focus, as well as physical movement to help release emotional and physical tension. I also enjoy using partner-based stretching techniques to strengthen communication and collaboration within relationships.
