I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. My other areas of focus include LGBTQIA+, ethical non-monogamy and polyamory, Latinx clients, and couples therapy. I also specialize in working with neurodiverse clients who have been diagnosed or self-diagnosed with autism or ADHD. I work with teens and adults as well as couples. We explore together to see what approach is right for you, and therapy is truly a collaborative process. You can feel comfortable to be yourself and be vulnerable with me and that within itself is often healing. I often here from my clients that my style is approachable and warm and that they feel at ease right away. I am currently offering in-person and virtual sessions.
