About My Clients

You deserve a space to be seen and heard by a therapist who specializes in your needs. I predominantly work with Millennial professionals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My practice experience has been with teens through early/mid-adulthood years, navigating everything from school to career-related stress, strained relationships, and self-esteem issues. My clients are motivated for positive change but need a safe space to open up and feel empowered to do so.

My Background and Approach

My clinical experience has afforded me the opportunity to work with a diverse population of individuals in a number of cities and settings, including nonprofits, schools, university campuses, hospitals, and outpatient clinics. These experiences have all informed my current practice, which takes into consideration a person in their whole environment and all the external factors that contribute to our overall mental health and wellbeing. Through a person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach, we will establish realistic and attainable goals together. A genuine, trusting, and collaborative dynamic can transform your experience in the therapeutic space. I will provide education, guidance, and support to empower you to incorporate skills and techniques into your life outside of therapy. I will encourage transparency in our dynamic that allows for openness and honesty throughout the process. While I may be the expert in the room, you are the expert in your own life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe we could all benefit from having a safe and supportive space to sort through the inevitable ebb and flow of life. What's most important to me is that clients feel therapy is productive and useful. Sometimes this means managing a crisis and other times it may just be hearing ourselves out loud. I am a Social Worker at my core and was trained and continue to learn and grow professionally through an anti-oppressive lens. I maintain inclusivity in my practice and do not discriminate against anyone on the basis of gender identity, gender expression, sex, sexual orientation, relationship style, race, color, ethnicity, country of origin, ability, religion, culture, or age.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
