Through your journey, we will explore the "why" that lies beneath the problem. My goal is to find and heal the root of the problem instead of simply treating the symptoms. Long-term healing and recovery is possible. We will uncover the root of the problem to promote that lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I am here to support and guide you in your healing journey. I offer an eclectic approach to therapy composed of CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and compassion, EMDR, CPT, trauma focused CBT, and neurofeedback therapy. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all, and I believe each client deserves a specialized approach to best fit their needs.
