About My Clients
I work with sensitive, high-functioning adults in Topanga and throughout California who carry anxiety, perfectionism, and the weight of complex family dynamics. Many grew up feeling unseen or overly responsible, becoming the steady one while quietly falling apart inside. My Background and Approach
I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in anxiety, perfectionism, and intergenerational trauma. My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed, drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, attachment theory, psychodynamic work, ACT, and CBT. I create a space where you don't have to perform or explain yourself. We'll slow down together, explore old patterns, soften your inner critic, and help you trust your own voice over everyone else's expectations.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe sensitivity is a strength and that your hardest emotions carry real wisdom. I'm passionate about breaking generational cycles of emotional neglect and helping people reclaim their authentic voices. I'm committed to making therapy accessible through sliding scale options and maintaining an affirming practice for all identities. When we heal ourselves, we often heal forward and backward through generations. Outside of therapy, I find restoration in nature, mindfulness, and connecting with my own creative spirit.
