About My Clients
I provide psychotherapy for teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating complex experiences, identities, and the lasting impact of trauma. My work centers on relationships, sexual and gender identity, parenting, and complex trauma. I support clients across the lifespan, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, who are working through grief, PTSD, developmental and relational trauma, or exploring and questioning their gender and/or sexuality.
My Background and Approach
I strive to offer an affirming, grounded space where identity can be explored with care and without assumption. I also work with individuals who are becoming parents or who have recently stepped into parenthood. This transition can be profound and disorienting, especially when layered with stress, loss, trauma, or shifts in identity and partnership. I walk alongside clients as they make meaning of this chapter, tending both to the demands of parenting and their own emotional well-being. My approach is exploratory, collaborative, and deeply relational. Together, we clarify what growth and change might look like for you, identify meaningful goals, and gently process the experiences that may be creating barriers to the life you want or the way you want to feel. Above all, my priority is to cultivate a safer, steadier space than many clients have previously known, one rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and compassionate support for those facing some of the hardest challenges in our world.
