About My Clients
Maybe you've been the one everyone else depends on, and somewhere along the way you've forgotten to take care of yourself. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, navigating a difficult relationship, questioning your career, or struggling with substance use. Whatever brings you to therapy, my goal is to meet you where you are, help you better understand yourself, and work alongside you as you build a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic.
My Background and Approach
I'm currently completing my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and provide therapy under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor. This allows me to combine current, evidence-based training with ongoing clinical consultation to ensure I provide thoughtful, ethical, and personalized care. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I draw from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and attachment-based approaches to help clients better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful change. Rather than believing there is a single "right" approach to therapy, I work with you to find what best fits your goals, strengths, and experiences. Above all, I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. Therapy should feel like a genuine conversation—one
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves a place where they can be fully themselves without fear of judgment. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I have a special passion for supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples as they navigate identity, relationships, life transitions, and the unique experiences that come with being part of our community. At the same time, I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities. My goal is simple: to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, supported enough to grow, and empowered to create meaningful change.
