About My Clients
Life can be difficult, and it can be very scary to admit you’re not doing well. But getting help doesn’t have to be intimidating. My goal is to support children, adults, and families in helping them figure out how to sort through their trauma and build a more fulfilling life. The people I see range from middle schoolers struggling with trauma to adults struggling to figure out their next step in life. Whatever the difficulty, I'll work with you as a team to create long-lasting change.
My Background and Approach
When working with clients, I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy. This therapy helps us look at how your thoughts and feelings are impacting your life and how they may be keeping you feeling stuck. I also use other therapy techniques when needed in order to provide catered support from a nonjudgmental and compassionate stance.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone should have access to therapy that is free from judgment and full of compassion.
