I work with clients with both OCD and specific phobias. I utilize ERP and CBT techniques to wotk with symptoms for clients that struggles with the difficulties that these can bring. I know the quality of life can drastically become impacted by OCD and specific phobias.
Anxiety has impacted many individuals and I can utilize ACT, CBT, and Mindfulness techniques to work with clients to improve quality of life for those that struggle with anxiety disorders.
