About My Clients
I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating trauma, grief, and life’s big transitions, as well as anxiety, depression (including pre- and postpartum), and emotional or behavioral challenges. I specialize in children and adolescents but support clients of all ages. My goal is to create a safe, understanding space where you can be heard, feel supported, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
My Background and Approach
I take a trauma-informed, client-centered approach and shape therapy around what you need. For some clients, that means working within one specific, evidence-based approach that feels clear and grounding. For others, it looks like blending different tools and techniques over time. We’ll figure that out together. Our work might involve processing trauma, building coping skills, using play or creative approaches, or simply having a supportive space to slow down, breathe, and be yourself. Above all, my goal is to create a safe, comfortable space where you feel understood, supported, and not alone. I have extensive experience supporting individuals, families, and communities across mental health, addiction, and social work services, including volunteering, community programs, nonprofits, schools, therapeutic group homes, outpatient care, and private practice.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I care deeply about creating an inclusive, welcoming space where everyone feels seen and supported. I’m an advocate for mental health awareness and trauma-informed care, and I’m passionate about helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges. I value kindness, curiosity, and connection, and I believe everyone deserves a safe space to be themselves. No matter who you are or what you’re going through, my goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you at your pace.
