About My Clients
My aim in therapy is to help people reach their full potential in life. I do this through developing a strong relationship with those I work with. Through this working relationship, it is my goal to assist individuals in breaking free of past conditioning through self-discovery and self-awareness. I help individuals, discover their strengths, make better choices, and transition from their internal critical conversation to an accepting and soothing voice of confidence and love.
My Background and Approach
I am a highly trained counselor with five years of clinical experience. I have completed two master’s degrees; one from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Community Counseling and the other from Panjab University in Psychology. Additionally, I completed a postgraduate fellowship in child guidance and counseling with a focus on working with troubled teenagers. Ultimately, I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of others through continuing to serve others through counseling.
