My Background and Approach
My approach to psychotherapy is influenced by my education and studies in depth, Jungian and archetypal psychology as well as cognitive-behavioral psychology/psychotherapies and family systems theories. I am also influenced by studies in dream-tending, mindfulness, yoga and energy psychology and positive psychology. These approaches are all expressed in the primary therapy modality I use, called Acceptance and Integration Training (AAIT). I will teach you the AAIT protocols to reduce emotional reactivity and anxiety/depression symptoms, to build a sense of inner calm and to strengthen your relationship to your own unique wisdom.
