About My Clients
I work with individuals who are tired of repeating the same relationship dynamics—falling for emotionally unavailable partners, abandoning themselves to keep the peace, or feeling stuck in cycles of codependency. Many of my clients are high-functioning and insightful, but feel frustrated that insight alone hasn’t created change. They’re ready to understand the deeper roots and build relationships that feel more mutual, steady, and real.
My Background and Approach
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that our patterns make sense in the context of our lived experiences. I integrate EMDR, nervous system work, and insight-oriented therapy to help you process the past while creating meaningful change in the present. I’m less interested in quick fixes and more interested in helping you build a deeper, more trusting relationship with yourself—one that allows you to show up in your relationships with clarity, steadiness, and authenticity.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value connection above all else. I value honesty, curiosity, and showing up as a real human in the room. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be fully yourself—messy, uncertain, growing—and still feel supported and respected. And I believe that when you learn to stay connected to yourself, your relationships begin to change too.
