About My Clients
I adore working with folx that are truly dedicated to the exploration of their inner landscape. I love supporting people on their unique journey towards further home-coming of the Self through the growth of self worth and deeper love. I also love working those in relationships-- whether romantic or platonic-- developing further understanding of needs, desires, & communication styles. I am very passionate about centering my work around the LGBTQIA+ population as well as youth.
My Background and Approach
I hold an AMFT in Counseling Psychology with a Specialization in Expressive Arts & believe deeply in the healing power of our innate creativity. In my therapeutic practices, I prioritize holistic embodiment— nurture of the Mind, Body, & Spirit— as well as empowering my clients to grab hold of their deepest desires through a lens of justice, creativity, imagination, and centering vulnerability. As a deeply relational therapist, I feel passionately about supporting my clients to reclaim the stories of their own lives. I believe in centering racial justice, LGBTQIA+ rights, disability rights, & woman's rights as well as unpacking our privileges & highlighting the multi-layered systemic oppressions of our human world within my work with folx. Through the expressive arts, I center the expansion of the imaginative realm through the use of art-making, writing, movement, somatic awareness, & creative play. I see myself as a loving guide so that you may step further into your own leading role.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a member of LGBTQIA+ community who actively centers the cultivation of love for & with that population in my personal life & professional life. It is also extremely important for me to center the integration of our oppressive systems into my life and work. I have lived and traveled across multiple diverse continents with the dedication to learning all I can about communities and cultures outside my own. I am deeply committed to Anti-Racism work, further understanding & dismantling my whiteness, centering my education of how societal constructs affect every way of viewing ourselves, others, & our journeys. I am also certified Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Level II Practitioner & am passionate about integrating my knowledge of our energetic systems into my work with clients. I identify as an Intuitive and a Clairsentient and Claircognizant Being who is present to be both a teacher and continuous student of Love, reflection, and intimacy.
