About My Clients
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in supporting clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, behavioral concerns, parenting, depression, OCD, LGBTQ+ difficulties, gender and sexuality exploration, relationship challenges, sports performance and family dynamics.
My Background and Approach
I have worked in community mental health and integrated into a medical practice in the past. I have worked across the life spectrum and have enjoyed doing so. I am trained in CBT, motivational interviewing, ERP for OCD, IFS, and PCIT. I utilize these approaches in a way that feels integrated into our work and not clinical. I believe that therapy is a space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment. My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, struggling in a relationship, navigating a major transition, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, therapy can be a place to slow down, build insight, and move forward. My goal is to meet you where you are and create a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, respected, and empowered to grow.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I myself am a member of the LGBTQ+ community and I find it really important to support my community. I recognize the barriers especially for the trans community and have been trained to assist in navigating gender exploration but also reduce barriers to gender affirming care. I also think it can be helpful to sit across from someone who gets some of the difficulties the LGBTQ+ community experiences.
