About My Clients
My clients are individuals and families navigating the complexities of mental health, trauma, and substance use. Many come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or others. Some are seeking relief from anxiety, depression, or patterns of addiction, while others are working through past trauma or major life transitions. I work with individuals who are ready to reconnect with themselves and explore their inner world with compassion and curiosity.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master of Science in Addiction and Professional Counseling from Colorado State University and have years of experience supporting individuals and families through trauma, addiction, and mental health challenges. My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, MI, and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. I approach therapy with warmth, honesty, and a belief in your capacity to grow. I integrate mind-body awareness, trauma-informed care, and a collaborative spirit to help you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. Whether you’re seeking support for healing, recovery, or personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you with respect and intention.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in connection—with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us. I value authenticity, inclusivity, and creating spaces where people feel seen and supported just as they are. I believe that change is possible at any stage and that small shifts can lead to powerful transformation. Outside of therapy, I enjoy training for triathlons, spending time with loved ones, reading, and exploring mindfulness practices. I’m passionate about lifelong learning and staying curious—both in my professional work and in life.
