My Background and Approach
I offer an eclectic evidence-based approach, learnt from experience working with individuals and groups. I draw from Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I tailor treatment to help clients face fears effectively and relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone.
