Reaching out for support can feel intimidating—but it’s also an incredibly brave first step toward healing. Whether you're navigating trauma, wrestling with anxiety, or working through relationship issues, you don’t have to face it alone.
My Background and Approach
Therapy is about helping you feel safer in your body, more confident in yourself, and more connected to the life you want to live. I enjoy partnering with clients to understand their experiences, heal negative and unhelpful beliefs, and move toward more empowered, authentic lives. My goal is to create a supportive therapeutic space that is collaborative, engaging, and thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I am also trained in EMDR through the personal transformation institute which emphasizes a somatic element within it to help ultimately ease your nervous system.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a firm believer that anyone can benefit from counseling. Whether you're in crisis or needing a place to vent and process, I'm happy to hold space for whatever comes up. You are worthy and valuable, no matter what you've been through and deserve a safe space to talk through it. Even therapists need therapy and that is why I too have been in therapy throughout my life. I am a firm believer that it works if we put in the work. Outside of being a therapist, I enjoy listening to Taylor Swift, being outside, spending time with my dogs and pet bunny, and taking road trips with my husband.
