About My Clients
I'm passionate about supporting families through divorce, teens exploring identity, and immigrant families and individuals facing generational trauma. I work with individuals and couples seeking healing and connection. I address issues like infidelity, trust, parenting, neurodivergence, self-esteem, trauma, depression, and mood or anger management, offering a space for growth and meaningful change. I have a focus on BIPOC, and immigrant/first-generation communities.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in Integrative Systemic Therapy (IST) and hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Family and Human Development from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University. My approach integrates evidence-based models including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Satir’s Growth Model, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have experience working with diverse populations across a variety of clinical settings, including community mental health, school-based programs, and university clinics.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Rooted in a systemic, strengths-based, and culturally responsive lens, my work invites clients to explore the origins of their patterns, envision new possibilities, and engage more fully in the present. I bring warmth, curiosity, and intentionality into each session. Together, we work toward a more liberated, connected, and authentic life. I hold a deep belief in the power of relationships, connection, and growth. I am driven by a commitment to empower individuals and families to feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges.
