About My Clients

Are you feeling lost, stuck, lonely, overwhelmed, or burned-out? Do you sometimes catch glimpses of who you would like to be, but have no idea how to get there? Are you tired of fighting with yourself and ready to begin working with yourself to live a life that feels more authenic to you? Whatever you are struggling with, I'm here to bring awareness to your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors and help you to find new ways of being in the world.

My Background and Approach

I bring warmth, open-mindedness, deep compassion, and humor to therapy. I specialize in helping people view themselves and their life stories with more kindness and compassion. My graduate training was grounded in existential phenomenological psychology, which means I’m interested in understanding what gives life meaning. I am curious to explore with you your unique lived experience of being human.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I love helping my clients work with some of the struggles listed in addition to many other challenges that come with being a human. I am deeply curious about people am continuously awed by their capacity to heal. I am an optimist. I believe that things will get better, even in the darkest hours. Also, Black Lives Matter and all bodies are beautiful! I look forward to getting to know you!
